Once a month, after class, we offer a "Mommy Talk" on topics relevant to motherhood including acupuncture for fertility, prenatal massage, healthy nutrition and so much more!

Need a sitter? We've got on-site childcare from the professionals at Lucky Lil' Darlings available for a small additional fee and a 24-hour advance reservation. (Based on sitter availability.)

It's National Friendship Day!!! Bring a friend for FREE!

I LOVE that's theres a day celebrating friendship!!!  I just spent a weekend away with some of my oldest and dearest friends and there is NOTHING like great friends.  So we're celebrating!!!

This Wednesday morning when you come with a friend to class, you only pay for one person!  That's right....$20 for two peeps to share the intenSati experience!  What could be better than giving your friend the gift of good health and inspiration??

**this will be our last class in August....we'll take a two week summer break and return on Wednesday, September 5

We're baaack!!!

Tomorrow is June 6, and we are BACK to our regularly scheduled intenSati for Mommies program!!!! 
I cannot wait to see you tomorrow and every Wednesday at 9:30am at Ripley Grier 72 !!  DON'T FORGET we DO have on-site childcare from the professionals at Lucky Lil' Darlings for a small additional fee and 24-hour advance RSVP.

How 'bout last month's Mommy Talk with the magnificent Erin Williams, owner of the natural skincare & beauty line Erin's Faces ?!!  She gave us a sneak peek at her new infant line, samples of her amazing paraben free skincare, personalized pocket mirrors and let us all get a clean face after our workout with her yummy cleansers!!

WOW!!!

Today's class was FANTASTIC!!  I think I may have burned 900 calories instead of our usual 800 :)  THANK YOU ALL for bringing it today!

Special congrats to our mommy friend who after YEARS of trying all kinds of methods of motherhood, has just adopted a beautiful baby boy!!!!  We were celebrating YOU today!

Speaking of celebrations........we're having another one NEXT WEEK!!

Because we will NOT be having class on Wednesday, May 30, due to the Memorial Day Holiday, we are having our MOMMY TALK one week early!!!  (class will resume on Wednesday, June 6)

It's a BIG May full of changes & celebrations!!!  Please read carefully because there is A LOT going on and I don't want you to miss a bit of it!

First, a friendly reminder that we're giving moms the day off from class tomorrow, Wednesday, May 9, BUT we'll be back to class the following Wednesday, May 16! 

THEN, on Wednesday, May 23, we are having our MOMMY TALK one week early!!!

April showers bring May flowers!!!

I want OUR garden to GROW!!!!  Sooooo for the ENTIRE month of April, when you bring a friend to class....it's 2 for the price of 1!!

Yes, you both can come for the drop-in rate of $20...that's $10 / person!  (Childcare costs additional.)

No, there is no limit to the amount of times you may do this....bring a friend EVERY week!!!  I am raining savings so our garden is flourishing in May!
