April showers bring May flowers!!!

I want OUR garden to GROW!!!!  Sooooo for the ENTIRE month of April, when you bring a friend to class....it's 2 for the price of 1!!

Yes, you both can come for the drop-in rate of $20...that's $10 / person!  (Childcare costs additional.)

No, there is no limit to the amount of times you may do this....bring a friend EVERY week!!!  I am raining savings so our garden is flourishing in May!

March Mommy Talk!!!

What fun we had in March!!!

After a great intenSati class with some very happy moms....



We munched on yummy trail mix from Lolë NY Showtique!!

I announced that beginning Monday, April 30 - Monday, May 21 at 6:30pm, I will be teaching community intenSati Meet Up classes at the Lolë NY Showtique !!

Then it was time for our super interesting and informative CranioSacral therapy talk by Somatic Movement Therapist Elizabeth De La Barre .  See that guy in the back?  He's my dad! Yes, when you come to visit me, I make you work out!!  He thought the talk was interesting too.



It was so much fun and we got lots of great information!  I was Elizabeth's "model" for a demo and that CranioSacral Therapy works!!  I might have a new (healthy) addiction!

We are rockin it out EVERY Wednesday morning at 9:30am at Ripley Grier 72 and you don't want to miss another minute of the fun!  Join us for an invigorating and empowering workout that is SAFE for everyone and OPEN to all, mommy or not, we welcome you!!! 

IF you ARE a mommy, the professionals at Lucky Lil' Darlings are available to watch your little one on-site while you work out!  Just shoot us an email at www.funfitnessformommies@gmail.com the day before class so they're ready with age appropriate activities.
